This allows the user to create polars for interpolated airfoils.
When the shape of the local airfoil is unknown but is between sections
of known airfoils, this allows to create interpolated airfoils polars
based on the known polars of the bounding airfoils.

Rather than looking for the stall point using findpeaks, simply look for
the highest local maximum. Not only is this faster and cleaner, but it
removes the unneeded dependency to the _Signal Processing Toolbox_.

The use of private properties complicates the interaction with Rotare.
So we simply get rid of it now and put all properties public.

This is probably something that we will do anyway in a later stage in
order to simplify development.

This adds a check to raise an error when the file is completely read and
it has not be determined to be a xfoil or xflr5 result file. This
prevent an infinite loop while trying to determine the result type.

This tries to uniform the naming convention to US notation.

This ensures the tests are still passing with the new definition of
Polars (i.e. change from structure to object).

It also removes many duplicate tests (error tests based on inputs).
These tests are now only done on the parser functions and not the main
caller function. This simplifies test updates and reduces testing time.
