[feature] Save time series of mean variables in a csv file

User Feedback : lack of an easy way to get output files

Save (daily) mean simulation outputs in a csv file

Current behavior

Simulation outputs are only available in nyears_data dictionaries, and can be plotted using https://gitlab.uliege.be/deal-public/pase/-/blob/develop/MODULES/DATA_MANAGEMENT/plots/generic_time_series.py

Desired behavior

Let user save mean variables as a csv file.
