Add warning and Cpp11 check in CMake.  Corr most warnings. Add doc and thread init for MeshDeformation. Add utility folder to be sorted with all utilities.

Fix compilation on Windows and cleaner build system (see issue #5)

Update master

removing "beams" module

Add Solver::reset to reinitialize solution in case of mesh deformation in transonic flows. Works but will not be efficient. Better option is to prevent upwinding at first iteration.

Add nogui option to remove plot when ctest is run. Workaround until proper test are written by @rboman

Each module now finds its needed pkgs. Suprsd output in FindMUMPS. Re add sph tests. Rm MUMPS dependency of tbox.

Refact Link, MshDeformation, Wake & Kutta. Now takes vector as argument. Suprsd SWIG warning 509 for Link, Wake & Kutta.
