fix capcha in scripts generated by parametricJob.py (comp.py) & replace execfile(fname) by exec(open(fname).read())

replace nice by priority to fix launchGui in installed version (with space in dirs). \n Add BatteryArg in comp.py (--fpe, --withWER, --keep)

fix launchGuy for non interactive use (at, batch, slurm,...) by replacing '*Guy.pyw' by '*.py' in runBatch, runSge, runSlurm,... I also add a test to not close the gui when launching a nonInteractive job
