Context

This MR updates the old dependencies on waves to amfe. It also fixes the format errors from MR !2 (merged), and slightly reduces the tests time.

Changes

Element memory is now initialized in Field/Body/Wake instead of in Problem
Dependencies, CMakeLists and CI file

Tests

Passed on ubuntu18.04 (python 3.6.9).
