Updates for VII computations

Removed VII module from DARTFLO (use BLASTER instead). Added the blowing contribution to the adjoint method. Minor changes in the api and in Neummann boundary conditions

Changes

  • Removed vii modules
  • Added blowing contribution in mesh gradients
  • Added blowing gradients
  • Added a getter for unknown nodal index
  • Always fix the same dof in Neummann BC
  • Added SparseLu solver in the API (replacement of PARDISO without IntelMKL)

Tests

  • Ubuntu 22.04 (gcc 11.4.0, python 3.10.12)
  • MacOS Sequoia 15.1 (apple clang 15.0, python 3.11.10)
