macOS compatibility + cleaning

• Lazy.h has been modified so that it can be compiled with AppleClang.
• OSX.cmake has been updated for my mac. It has been renamed maclam.cmake (the name of my mac).
• References to disable-trilinos.cmake have been removed.
• Old .cmake files such as spring.cmake or codeblocks.cmake have been removed.
• new cmake files have been created: use-intel-compiler.cmake and use-clang-compiler.cmake.
