Summary

Make it possible to add multiple FS interfaces in the Metafor wrapper.
Clean and simplify the Metafor input files to look like FSPC ones.
Rename extractor into exporter for exporting the solution into a file.
Add new test cases from the literature in the PFEM3D-Metafor folder.
Update to the last version of PFEM3D.
Optimized the IQN-MVJ like in FSPC.
