Context

This pull request brings an update to the Flow interface and adds an interface to VLM,developed by @msanchezmartinez. It will be the last release in python 2.

Major changes

  • Flow interface updated and compatible with flow-v1.5 (or waves v1.5)
  • VLM interface added compatible with VLM v1.0.0

Minor changes

  • Bug fixes and minor enchancements
