Command GNODE and REPEAT added

Franssen Jean-Marc requested to merge ReadNode into master

If the input file is created with a text editor, the introduction of the node coordinated is made easier by the commands GNODE and REPEAT (see user's manual).

The node coordinates can also be introduced in a polar system of coordinates.
