[Bug] Inverted values with Caradonna

Issue

C_l data summarized at the bottom of tables in Caradonna and Tung report are sometimes inverted or mismatched. Hence the data summarized in this repo may still have issues.

Solution

It would be better to start from the C_p and interpolate just to make sure the values are right.
