Make Reynolds recalculation optional
The recalculation of the Reynolds number within the loops do not bring any real value to the quality of the solution. Indeed, the main contributors to the relative velocity at the component level are almost always the external velocity and the rotational velocity. The induced velocities will typically not be large enough to impact significantly the Reynolds number.
While it is technically possible to recalculate the Reynolds number in parallel to the resolution (see !4 (merged) and fd4b2127), this is cumbersome and generally increases the computational cost of a run (especially in stahlhut
solver).
An option could therefore be added to let the user decide whether they want the truest solution or a faster one that is almost identical.
