generator of lattice cells

1) Compile the f code with ./compile.sh
2) geometry_parametric.py allows defining manually a cell, instruction in TUTORIAL.pdf
3) MicroSample.py is a automatic generator of random geometries (as an example, one geo of type 3 and random volume fraction is generated)
