The purpose of these wiki pages is to describe the possibilities offered to the user to store their data.
Depending of the type of data to store, there are two options:
- the mass storage server is used to store large data (e.g. genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic data, imaging data, and results of the analysis of these data).
- DoX is used to backup important files and folders from your work computer (maximum 100Gb in total), to synchronise these files between different computers or to share them with other members of the University.
Both options are more detailed here after.

You'll also find a quick-start document that will explain how to log in to the mass storage. Note that you should read the full documentation before your first utilisation of the mass storage, and use the quick-start document only as a reminder.
