In the context of their activities, some GIGA members need to perform substantial calculation on huge set of data. In order to allow those calculation, a cluster is available to all GIGA members. This cluster is a professional infrastructure and is located at the SEGI.

The purpose of this document is to describe how to correctly use this cluster and to give more details about some techniques aspects of it. It also give some rules that need to be followed, to enable effective usage and management of the available resources to the benefit of the entire GIGA and university community.
