Boundary conditions at the edge of PV Array estimating POA (Photovoltiacs)

Summary

Integrate edge effects on the calculation of the compute_global_tilted_irradiance function.

Current behavior

The present calculation only considers the estimation of the POA irradiance without considering the effects at the edge of the PV Table (assuming unlimited sheds). The current behaivor works, but can led to innacurracies on the estimation of bifacial systems, with bigger impact in trackers.

Desired behavior

The main idea is to integrate the conditions at the edge of the array. Therefore, integrating the effects of the reflected and diffuse irradiance at the end of the system to provide better accuracy to bifacial systems.
