[fix] 9 Panels are generated instead of 8 on NumberOfPanelsY value.

Summary

When we change the value of the number of panels on the y-axis to 8, we get 9 panels instead.

Steps to reproduce

By changing the value of NumberOfPanelsY to 8 in the Example1_AV.yaml file
