Characterize daily sky type.
Current behavior
None : the sky type is computed for each time step but there is no daily synthesis.
Desired behavior
Find a way to characterize the daily overall sky type.
Average of sky type ID and pick closest value ? E.g. :

The sky values change during the day and average to 2.9
-> closest sky type is 4 (in the list of the sky types we use for sky type characterization)
