Update README with new location of the template project

Lennart Karssen requested to merge Fix_1-incorrect_yaml_code_in_README into development

We had to move this project out of the Shiny Gitlab group and into the CHU Public group in order to allow other projects to read the included gitlab-ci.yml file. This commit updates the README.org file accordingly. Partial fix of #1 (closed).
