CUPyDO+waves cannot be run with Metafor/parasolid

The parasolid module of Metafor contains an old copy of the fwk module of waves. The presence of the two modules creates a conflict and leads to an error since they are not exactly the same.

As long as the module Metafor/parasolid/fwk is not replaced by a clear dependence of Metafor on waves/fwk, Metafor cannot be built with parasolid when it is used with CUPyDO.
